  • Rectangular one and two story volume with a 6:12 to 8:12 roof pitch
  • Symmetrically or asymmetrically placed shed roofed porches are common
  • Porches are typically one story
  • Rectangular or square one or two story volume with a 6:12 to 8:12 roof pitch
  • Front hipped or shed roofed porches with a 3:12 to 5:12 pitch are placed asymmetrically or symmetrically on the front facade as a full-facade element
